CORPORATE HEALTH PROJECT



  • The VIKO Corporate Health Project is aimed at daily boosting the vigor of employees, fostering a healthier and balanced diet, and helping them to adopt sports as a life style. The project incorporating an extended bundle of processes spanning from healthy and balanced diet to smoking cessation seminars, hygiene trainings and office exercises is available to the whole VIKO family.


"INSIDE US" ORGANIZATIONS



  • Two times a year, we hold so called “From Us to Us Organizations” with a view to sharing organizational achievements, common objectives and other synergy themes with all employees within a spirit of solidarity and union, and awarding employees before their families in ceremonies as a part of our Recognition, Appreciation and Awarding System.




SPORTS COMPLEX



  • Hosting myriad of on-premise facilities ranging from fitness center to tennis court, football pitch and volleyball court for employees, the company has a Sports Complex offering free service to many subscribed employees for 5 days week of the week at noon breaks and shift ends under the assistance of a sports trainer.
    In the fitness center, all employees, whether involved in the diet group or not, can perform cardio, fitness & plates and body building.


THE HOBBY GARDEN



  • One of the best ways to get away from the daily stress is to deal with plants, and based on this principle, we have created a “Hobby Garden”for our employees. In the hobby garden available to each employee, various activities aimed at getting rid of the daily stress after a busy workday and feeding the healthy life culture, as well as an organic agriculture space are offered.


WALKING TRACK



  • Walking tracks were constructed in the facility garden for the employees, offering them a valuable opportunity to walk and enjoy fresh air during noon breaks.


WELCOME CEREMONY AFTER RETURN FROM THE ANNUAL LEAVE



  • Holiday after a busy season is a major source of happiness and motivation for employees. However, getting adapted back to the work after the holiday may often be a challenge. Considering this fact, we welcome our employees on the red carpet as accompanied by a musical band to ensure a high level of motivation on the very first day after their leave in a breakfast organization and music recital.


SUMMER SPORTS SCHOOL



  • In an aim to help the children of our employees discover their talents through physical development, team spirit and social interaction while offering fun during the summer period, we run a summer sports school located in our facilities.


TRADITIONAL TOURNAMENTS



  • We organize internal football, dart and table tennis tournaments to contribute to the sense of fair-play, team spirit, friendship, achievement and motivation of employees.


GARDEN EVENTS



  • In parallel to the “Free Friday” dressing practice started in May of the year, various events are also held in the VIKO garden. Enlivened through the slogans “Let’s Enjoy Grill in the Garden, Let’s Enjoy Coffee in the Garden”, these events turn into priviliged motivating tools for employees during the hot summer period.
