COMPENSATION MANAGEMENT

The compensation management responding to the requirements of the contemporary working life is aimed at building up a competitive fair compensation infrastructure that is in alignment with business and market requirements.

MERCER International Position Evaluation System is employed to establish the compensation levels at our organization, engaging in job valuation with reference to the Impact, Communication, Creativity and Expertise levels required for adequate performance in the relevant position.

In the organization, wage rises are given on an annual basis, depending on the findings of job evaluation and job matching, general economic indicators, market surveys and anticipated inflation.

Moreover, the Annual Performance Premium payments are made with reference to the objective and capability based performance system.
